2. Once you choose the items to be included for your sale, we will give you our price. You will decide what to sell the items for. Some organizations just offer the items as a service and others are trying to raise money. If you are raising money then you need to add whatever dollar amount you choose to the cost. You give us all the pricing, due date and contact information so it can be included on the order form or the online store.
3. Our artist will create custom artwork for you. The artwork will be shown on the order form or online store on the items you have chosen. This is helpful so people ordering will know what the end product will look like. The art department will email you the order form. You are responsible for proofreading and insuring the form is correct. You are responsible for making the copies to hand out.
4. Online store or order form handout? Many may choose to just stay with the order form and hand then out in school packs or at meeting when members are there. If you think many would not go online, that may be the best for you. The online store does have a lot of advantages; Stores online can list more products to sell, there is more room. They are accessible online all of the time, the individuals see items, select them, and pay for them online. No need to send out forms, collect forms and money, have people come back wanting merchandise who were away when the forms were handed out, etc etc. Many customers are local, so you save on shipping the individual orders.
5. Once you have collected all the order forms you must submit a master sheet with total quantities by size for each item. We cannot tally up your order. Personalization on garments must be emailed. We will process the order in about 2 weeks (busy season or stock availability can delay that).
